Scope

This part of GB/T 9364 specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, standard ratings, marking, testing, dimensions and structures, electrical performance, and other technical requirements for general module fuses. This part applies to general module fuses (UMF) used to protect electrical devices, electronic equipment, and their components typically used indoors, and connected to printed circuit boards or other substrate systems. This part does not apply to fuses used in special conditions (such as corrosive or explosive environments). Generally, these fuses can only be installed or replaced by qualified professionals using special tools. The purpose of this part is to stipulate that, in addition to the requirements of GB/T 9364.1-2015, the grade requirements for non-interchangeability must also be emphasized.
