Scope

1.1 This section specifies the general-purpose module fuse (UMF) for protecting electrical devices, electronic equipment, and their components that are typically used indoors and connected to printed circuit boards or other substrate systems. It does not apply to fuses used in special conditions (such as corrosive or explosive environments). Generally, this fuse can only be installed or replaced by qualified professionals using special tools. The fuse used in the fuse holder is under consideration. This section also adopts the requirements of GB 9364.1-1997.
