本文件规定了电力半导体器件用散热体的术语和定义、型式和冷却方式代号、外形尺寸和安装尺寸、技术要求、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存要求。
本文件适用于电力半导体器件用空气冷却散热体和水冷却散热体。外形尺寸和安装尺寸符合本文件第5章规定的型材散热体也可参照使用。
本文件不适用于热管类散热体。
