Scope
本标准规定了用能量色散X射线荧光光谱法测定石油和石油产品中硫含量的试验方法。
本标准适用于测定单相的、常温下或适当加热下为液态，或可以溶解于烃类溶剂中的石油和石油产品，包括车用汽油、乙醇汽油、柴油、生物柴油及其调合燃料、喷气燃料、煤油、其他馏分油、石脑油、渣油、原油、润滑油基础油、液压油以及类似的石油产品。
本标准适用于测定硫的质量分数范围为0.001 7%（17 mg/kg）～4.6%（46 000 mg/kg）。
