Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements for the construction of the subbase, base course, sealing layer, adhesive layer, waterproof bonding layer on the cement concrete bridge deck, and surface layer of expressway asphalt pavements, as well as the requirements for reconstruction and expansion projects and automatic collection and early warning of construction information. This document is applicable to new construction and reconstruction projects of expressway asphalt pavements. Other grade highways may refer to and implement it accordingly.
