Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions for the construction and management of school cafeterias, including cafeteria buildings, food processing areas, non-food processing areas, dining areas, cafeteria equipment, cafeteria management, emergency response, supervision and inspection, and complaint handling. This standard applies to school cafeterias in all levels of government and social organizations in the province, including ordinary primary and secondary schools, secondary vocational schools, special education schools, work-study education schools, adult secondary schools, and adult primary schools (hereinafter referred to as "school cafeterias"). The construction and management of kindergarten cafeterias shall refer to this standard for implementation.
