Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions for the construction and management of school cafeterias, including cafeteria buildings, food processing areas, auxiliary areas, dining areas, cafeteria equipment, cafeteria management, emergency response, supervision and inspection, and complaint handling. This document applies to school cafeterias in all levels of government and social organizations in the province, including ordinary primary and secondary schools, secondary vocational schools, special education schools, work-study education schools, adult secondary schools, and adult primary schools (hereinafter referred to as "school cafeterias"). The construction and management services of kindergarten cafeterias shall be implemented in accordance with this document.
