GB/T 37751.32-2019 Residual current operated circuit-breakers for household and similar use—Part 3-2:Particular requirements for RCDs with flat quick-connect terminations
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 37751 is applicable to RCDs with flat quick-connect terminals. The terminal consists of an insertion-type connection piece with a nominal width of 6.3 mm and a thickness of 0.8 mm (see 3.2), and a matching socket connector, which is used to connect electrical copper wires according to the manufacturer's instructions, with a rated current of less than or equal to 16 A.
This part cannot be used alone. It needs to be used together with the RCD product standard (IEC 61008-1 or IEC 61009-1) for RCDs with flat quick-connect terminals.
The electrical copper wires that can be connected are soft wires with a cross-sectional area of 4 mm2 or less, or hard wires with a cross-sectional area of 2.5 mm2 or less (AWG wire gauge equal to or greater than 12).
This part is specifically suitable for RCDs where the insertion-type connection piece is an integral part.
