Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for the energy-saving operation and management of central heating water systems, including personnel management, technical documentation and system management, facility and equipment maintenance management, and energy-saving operation. This standard applies to central heating water systems that supply domestic hot water (hereinafter referred to as the system), and does not apply to hot water used in production processes or central heating water systems used on ships.
