Scope

This standard specifies the welding process evaluation procedures, inspection rules, and test methods for liquefied petroleum gas steel cylinders.
This standard applies to the welding process evaluation of steel welded cylinders (hereinafter referred to as "cylinders") used in normal environmental temperatures (–40 to 60) °C, with a test pressure not exceeding 3.3 MPa and a nominal volume of less than 240 L for refillable liquefied petroleum gas.
