Scope

GB/T 29271 defines a set of programming interfaces for interaction between integrated circuit cards (ICCs) and external applications, including universal services used by multiple departments.
This part of GB/T 29271 specifies the connection and security mechanisms between client applications and card-side applications. This part specifies an API management module that is independent of services and implementations and complies with the GB/T 29271 standard, including security. It can issue operation requests to specific card-side applications of ICCs, so that when coupled with data models and content discovery operations, the card-side applications can be used by various client applications.
This part is applicable to the connection between ICCs and external applications, so that various client applications can use a unified interface to call card-side applications.
