Surveillance and Investigation 4.1 Adult Insect Attraction 4.1.1 Survey Time: When the ambient temperature is above 15°C, observe the number of attracted adults weekly. 4.1.2 Attraction Method: Hang insect-attracting lamps 30–50 cm above the mushroom cultivation surface in the mushroom shed (room), placing one lamp at the front and one in the middle. Clean the insect collection bags after each survey and record the number of adults based on the morphological characteristics of edible mushroom night moth adults. The survey results should be recorded in the "Edible Mushroom Night Moth Adult Attraction Survey Record Form" (see Table A.1). 4.2 Harm Situation Survey 4.2.1 Survey Time: Conduct a survey once before the formation of primordia in each fruiting body. 4.2.2 Survey Method: Select 10 mushroom bags (10 cm long, 10 cm wide, and 3 cm deep) from the mushroom shed (room) using the five-point sampling method to observe larval damage on the fruiting surface of the bags. For decomposer fungi, select 10 samples (10 cm long, 10 cm wide, and 3 cm deep) from the surface soil or culture medium at the sampling points to observe larval damage. Record the number of larvae in each bag or sampling point and calculate the larvae number and damage rate per bag or sampling point. Record the observation results in the "Edible Mushroom Night Moth Harm Situation Survey Record Form" (see Table A.2). 4.3 Cultivation Management and Environmental Conditions Observe and record the cultivation management and pest control measures during the mycelium growth and fruiting periods of edible mushrooms, as well as the temperature, relative humidity, and ventilation conditions in the mushroom shed (room). Record the results in the "Edible Mushroom Cultivation Management and Environmental Conditions Record Form" (see Table A.3). 5.
