Main Technical Content: 4. Survey and Reporting 4.1 Survey Time: During the mycelium growth phase from inoculation to the start of mushroom management, a survey is conducted weekly. During the fruiting phase, a survey is conducted once before the formation of the first fruiting bodies. 4.2 Survey Methods: - In mushroom sheds/rooms, a five-point sampling method is used to extract 10 mushroom bags. The mushroom cultivation layer 3 cm thick is cut off and soaked in a sealed transparent container with 1% saline solution for 5 hours before observation. - For straw-decomposing fungi, sampling points are selected as 10 cm (length) × 10 cm (width) × 3 cm (depth) surface soil or cultivation layers. After collection, the samples are soaked in a sealed transparent container with 1% saline solution for 5 hours before observation. - The number of jumping worm heads in each mushroom bag or sampling point is recorded, and the number of jumping worms and damage rates per bag or sampling point are calculated. The observation results are recorded in the "Mushroom Jumping Worm Survey Record Form", the format of which is shown in Table A.1. - Recording of agricultural management activities and environmental conditions: Observe and record the cultivation density, pest and disease control measures during the mycelium growth and fruiting phases, as well as the temperature, relative humidity, and ventilation conditions in the mushroom sheds/rooms. The observation results are recorded in the "Mushroom Cultivation Management and Environmental Conditions Record Form", the format of which is shown in Table A.2. 5. Prevention and Control Principles - Adhere to the principle of "prevention-oriented, integrated control". Based on the occurrence pattern of night moths in mushrooms, ecological control is used as the foundation, and physical, biological, and chemical control measures are comprehensively implemented. 6.
