Scope

Main Technical Content: 4. Survey and Reporting on Adult Insects 4.1 Adult Insect Attraction 4.1.1 Survey Timing: When the ambient temperature is between 10°C and 30°C, observe the number of adult insects attracted every week. 4.1.2 Attraction Method: Hang yellow sticky boards (with a double-sided size of 12cm × 20cm) at a height of 20cm to 50cm above the mushroom substrate in the mushroom shed (room), placing one board at each end and in the middle. Observe and record the number of attracted insects every three days after each survey, and replace the boards promptly after each survey. Refer to the morphological characteristics of adult Edible Mushroom Eye Mosquitoes to record the number of adults. The survey results should be recorded in the "Survey Record of Adult Edible Mushroom Eye Mosquitoes," as shown in Table A.1. 4.2 Survey on Damage Situation 4.2.1 Survey Timing: Conduct a survey once before the formation of primary mycelium in each spawning batch. 4.2.2 Survey Method: In the mushroom shed (room), select 10 samples of mushroom bags (10cm (length) × 10cm (width) × 3cm (depth)) using the five-point sampling method to observe the larvae damage on the mushroom bag surface. For decomposer fungi, select 10 samples of surface soil or culture medium (10cm (length) × 10cm (width) × 3cm (depth)) to observe the larvae damage at the sampling points. Record the number of larvae in each mushroom bag or sampling point, and calculate the larvae number and damage rate per bag or sampling point. Record the observation results in the "Survey Record of Damage Situation of Edible Mushroom Eye Mosquitoes," as shown in Table A.2. 4.3 Recording of Farm Management Activities and Environmental Conditions Observe and record the cultivation management and pest control during the mycelium growth and fruiting periods of edible mushrooms, as well as the temperature, relative humidity, and ventilation conditions in the mushroom shed (room). Record the results in the "R
