Scope

This part of YY/T 0681 includes the measurement of the sealing strength of flexible barrier materials.
This test can be used to test the sealing between flexible materials and rigid materials.
Sealing samples that meet the requirements of this test method can come from any source. They can be created in the laboratory or obtained from commercial products.
This test method can measure the separation force required for the sealing sample and also identify the type of sample failure.
Note: Appendices C and D respectively give the precision and bias of the test methods specified in this standard, as well as the relevant information determined therefrom.
