Scope
This standard specifies the external conditions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, transportation, installation, operation, and maintenance applicable to high-altitude wind turbine generators (hereinafter referred to as "generators").
This standard applies to grid-connected horizontal-axis wind turbine generators installed in areas with an altitude of 2,000 m to 5,000 m.
