本标准规定了视频监控系统主动照明部件（以下简称“补光灯”）的光辐射一般要求、危险类别、评估要求和控制措施。
本标准适用于发射波长为200 nm~1 400 nm的LED、氙灯等补光灯的研制、安装维护和使用。其他类型补光灯可参照本标准执行。
