Scope

This standard applies to the determination of the content of various components in chlorosilane used for the production of polycrystalline silicon. The measurement range (volume fraction): dichlorodihydrogensilane is 0.01% to 20%, and trichlorohydrogensilane and silicon tetrachloride are 0.01% to 100%.
