Scope

This part of GB/T 30290 defines the information exchange protocols and frame formats between the vehicle-mounted terminal and the information service center of the satellite positioning vehicle information service system (hereinafter referred to as the system).
This part is applicable to vehicle information service systems that use satellite navigation and positioning technology, employ public or dedicated mobile communication networks, and have a service center. It can be used as a reference for the design and testing of system communication protocols. Information systems that use non-satellite positioning technology and have a service center can also refer to it for implementation.
