Scope

This part of GB/T 30290 specifies the information security model, key distribution, device authentication, access control, data confidentiality, and data integrity protection mechanisms of the satellite positioning vehicle information service system (hereinafter referred to as the "system"), and defines the interface and communication protocol of the on-board terminal security and confidentiality module.
This part is applicable to vehicle information service systems that use satellite navigation and positioning technology, rely on public mobile communication networks, and have an information service center. It can be used as a basis for the design and testing of the system's information security functions. The information security functions of information processing systems that use ground-based positioning technology, rely on dedicated mobile communication networks, and have an information service center can also be implemented with reference to this part.
