Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, specifications, grades and markings, general provisions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and product certificates of permeable paving bricks and permeable paving panels, as well as their stacking and transportation.
This standard applies to permeable paving bricks and permeable paving panels (hereinafter referred to as "permeable blocks") that meet the requirements for permeability and are laid in municipal pedestrian walkways, garden landscape paths, non-heavy-load paved squares, and other places.
Permeable blocks can be made of reinforced concrete that is vibrated and pressed or formed by other methods; they can also be made of inorganic non-metallic materials such as coal gangue, waste ceramic tiles, waste pottery tiles, and clay as the main raw materials, and then sintered by sintering processes.
