Scope
This document specifies the classification, designation, marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, product instructions, packaging, factory production, transportation, and storage of concrete additives (hereinafter referred to as "additives").
This document applies to the production and inspection of high-performance water-reducing agents, high-efficiency water-reducing agents, ordinary water-reducing agents, air-entraining water-reducing agents, pumping agents, early-strength agents, retarders, air-entrainers, concrete waterproofing agents (hereinafter referred to as "waterproofing agents"), and concrete anti-freezing agents used in cement concrete.
