Scope

This document specifies the requirements for measuring the power supply characteristics of laboratories and establishes the procedures for measuring the power supply characteristics of laboratories. This document is applicable to: -- Conducting tests within the maximum rated current range of the power supply; -- The tested samples being in a normal working state. This document is not applicable to: -- Building power supplies in laboratories, such as those supplying power to test instruments, environmental test boxes, lighting, etc. -- DC power supplies supplying power to the tested DC electrical equipment. -- Testing of photovoltaic arrays. Photovoltaic arrays generate electricity by themselves (if the auxiliary equipment used is connected to the branch circuit applicable to this document, this document is applicable to the testing of such photovoltaic array auxiliary equipment). -- Short-circuit current tests, abnormal tests, switch tests, and similar tests related to power supply capacity. -- Electromagnetic compatibility tests.
