GB/T 9239.11-2025 Mechanical vibration—Rotor balancing—Part 11:Procedures and tolerances for rotors with rigid behaviour

Scope

This document describes the balancing of rigid rotors and the method of determining the unbalance tolerance, mainly including:
a) The permissible residual unbalance value;
b) The number of necessary correction planes;
c) The distribution of the permissible residual unbalance on the tolerance planes;
d) How to interpret the errors in the balancing process.
Note: The evaluation of balancing errors is detailed in ISO 21940-14, and the basics of rotor balancing are described in ISO 19499.
This document applies to the balancing of rigid rotors. It does not include the balancing of flexible rotors. For the balancing process and balancing tolerance requirements of flexible rotors, please refer to ISO 21940-12.
