GB/T 22318.2-2008 Surface acoustic wave(SAW)resonators—Part 1-2:Test conditions
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 22318 applies to the test methods for surface acoustic wave (SAW) resonators (hereinafter referred to as SAW resonators). Chapters 4 to 6 of this part provide detailed test methods for the electrical performance of SAW resonators. Chapters 7 to 20 of this part provide test methods for maintaining the electrical performance of SAW resonators after a certain period of use. After completing the above-mentioned tests, the samples should meet the electrical performance requirements. Appendix A provides the prototype test plan and test methods and procedures. It can also be used to formulate the test plan for prototype models. When using this plan, the following issues should be considered: - Electrical performance requirements; - Test items and procedures; - Test severity; - To verify whether all samples have successfully passed the test, the content of the inspection needed during and/or after the test should be specified; - The number of samples used for the test and the allowable number of non-conforming products. After the prototype test, the SAW resonators should not be used on equipment or returned to the production department for other purposes.
