This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation methods, calculation scope, and energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limits of unit products in tin smelting enterprises.
This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of unit product energy consumption in all tin smelting enterprises that use tin concentrate as the main raw material, as well as the energy consumption control of new tin smelting projects.
This standard does not apply to the calculation and assessment of unit product energy consumption in tin smelting enterprises that focus on comprehensive recycling.
