Scope

This document stipulates the energy consumption quota grades, technical requirements, statistical scope, and calculation methods for each product of non-ferrous heavy metal smelting enterprises.
This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption in copper, zinc, lead, nickel, tin, antimony, recycled lead, cobalt, and bismuth smelting enterprises, as well as the control of energy consumption in new and expanded projects.
a) Copper smelting enterprises using copper concentrates, crude copper, and mixed copper (including black copper, recycled copper alloy raw materials, recycled copper raw materials, and other copper-containing materials after sorting and impurity removal, etc.) as raw materials. It is not applicable to copper smelting processes that handle copper-containing hazardous waste (such as copper-containing sludge and copper-containing flue dust), copper-containing material leaching and electrolytic refining processes, and direct heap leaching processes of copper-containing ores.
b) Zinc smelting enterprises using zinc concentrates, lead-zinc mixed concentrates, and zinc-containing secondary resources as raw materials.
c) Lead smelting enterprises using lead concentrates and crude lead as main raw materials, as well as lead electrolytic refining enterprises using crude lead as raw materials. It is not applicable to the lead recovery process in zinc smelting integrated recovery with lead smelting waste residue as the main raw material, and production enterprises for lead recovery mainly based on comprehensive recovery.
d) Nickel smelting and refining enterprises processing nickel sulfide concentrates. It is not applicable to nickel smelting enterprises using nickel oxide ores as raw materials.
e) Tin smelting enterprises using tin concentrates as the main raw materials. It is not applicable to tin smelting enterprises mainly based on comprehensive recovery.
f) Antimony smelting enterpr
