Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for the formulation of a livestock and poultry manure monitoring program, monitoring items, sampling sites, sample collection, sample transportation and handover, sample preparation and preservation, and quality control. It describes the test methods and confirmation methods for livestock and poultry manure monitoring. This document is applicable to the monitoring of the collection, processing, and resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure. However, it is not applicable to the monitoring of commercialized organic fertilizers.
