Scope
This standard specifies the requirements and measures for materials, crossbeams, foundations, walls, flooring, roofing, anti-corrosion and insect-proofing of dry-laid wooden structures. It also stipulates the requirements and measures for fire retardancy, thermal insulation, soundproofing, construction techniques, and acceptance inspections. This standard applies to dry-laid wooden structures with two or fewer floors (excluding attic areas), a building area not exceeding 500 m2, and a building height of less than 10 m. For dry-laid wooden structures exceeding the specified number of floors, area, or building height, structural calculations should be conducted separately before implementation.
