本文件规定了采用次氯酸盐法测定去除非纤维物质后由以下纤维组成的某些蛋白质纤维与某些非蛋白质纤维二组分混合物中蛋白质纤维含量的方法：
——绵羊毛、其他动物毛纤维(如山羊绒、马海毛)、蚕丝、再生蛋白质纤维，和
——棉、铜氨纤维、粘胶纤维、莫代尔纤维、莱赛尔纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、含氯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚酯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、玻璃纤维、聚氨酯弹性纤维、聚酯复合弹性纤维、聚烯烃弹性纤维、三聚氰胺纤维和聚丙烯/聚酰胺复合纤维。
