Scope

This standard specifies the types and sizes of non-metallic polytetrafluoroethylene-coated gaskets (hereinafter referred to as gaskets) for pipe flanges, as well as their requirements, marking, inspection, labeling, packaging, and storage and transportation. This standard applies to non-metallic polytetrafluoroethylene-coated gaskets for raised-face flanges with nominal sizes of DN10 to DN600, nominal pressures of PN6 to PN63, and nominal sizes of NPS1/2 to NPS24, as well as nominal pressures of Class 150 and Class 300.
