Scope

Scope: This document specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking of BFDR basalt fiber double-layer reinforced composite pipes (hereinafter referred to as "pipes") for underground drainage in municipalities, roads, residential areas, industrial parks, rural revitalization, and sponge cities at temperatures not exceeding 45°C. Main technical content: 1. Terms and definitions: Considering the general terminology in the industry and the materials and related terms involved in this document, this section defines terms such as basalt fiber, polyethylene, steel strips, connectors, inner diameter, outer diameter, wall thickness, pitch, nominal ring stiffness, ring flexibility, impact performance, creep ratio, tensile properties of the laminated wall (seams) of pipes, heat deformation temperature, and thermal stability. It also references and lists symbols such as "de", "di", "e", "P", "L", "DN", and "SN" used in the following text. 2. Main raw materials: Basalt fiber (for the production of pipes, this document specifies the standard based on which the basalt fiber is used, and lists the main physical property requirements and test methods); Polyethylene PE resin (for the production of pipes, this document specifies the standard based on which the basalt fiber is used, and lists the main physical property requirements and test methods); Steel strips (considering the main component contributing to ring stiffness, this standard specifies the mechanical performance requirements of steel strips, the standard based on which they are produced, and test methods); Recycled materials (to reduce carbon emissions and improve carbon cycle efficiency, while ensuring stable product quality, this document specifies the clean recycled materials produced by the same enterprise during the production of similar pipes, and sets a maximum allowable proportion of their addition to the product); Sealing materials (in the appendix of this sta
