Scope

This standard specifies the safety requirements for mobile road construction machinery pavers (hereinafter referred to as pavers) and the associated major hazards that may arise during their intended use and foreseeable misuse. Based on GB 26504, this standard supplements the specific requirements for pavers.
This standard applies to pavers defined in Chapter III.
This standard does not apply to machines used for concrete paving operations with built-in and/or external vibrators.
