Scope

This part of GB/T 10067 specifies the various requirements for vacuum quenching furnace products, including product types and specifications, technical performance, and ordering and supply procedures.
This part applies to horizontal vacuum resistance furnaces designed according to Clauses 4.1, 5.1, and 5.2, which are mainly used for gas quenching and oil quenching of metal materials in a vacuum state.
Enterprise product standards for high-pressure vacuum quenching furnaces, high-flow rate vacuum quenching furnaces, water-solution vacuum quenching furnaces, vertical vacuum quenching furnaces, and vacuum carburizing and quenching furnaces can be formulated by referring to this part. Unless otherwise specified or agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer, their technical performance shall meet the requirements of Clause 5.3 of this part.
