GB/T 16462.3-2017 Test conditions for numerically controlled turning machines and turning centres—Part 3:Geometric tests for machines with inverted vertical work-holding spindles
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 16462 specifies the geometric accuracy inspection requirements and methods, as well as the corresponding tolerances, for inverted CNC vertical lathes and inverted vertical turning centers for general use, in accordance with GB/T 17421.1 and ISO 2307. This part explains the different concepts, configurations, and common features of inverted CNC vertical lathes and inverted vertical turning centers, and provides terms and definitions for the control axis (see Figures 1, 2, 3, and 4). This part is applicable to the accuracy inspection of machine tools. It is not applicable to the operational inspection of machine tools (such as the inspection of machine tool vibration, abnormal noise, and creep of moving parts) and the performance inspection of machine tools (such as speed and feed rate), as these inspections are typically conducted prior to accuracy inspections.
