Scope
This standard specifies the specific requirements for the food safety management system of juice and vegetable juice production enterprises processed from raw materials, including human resources, prerequisite programs, key process control, inspection, product traceability, and recall. This standard is used in conjunction with GB/T 22000 to apply to juice and vegetable juice production enterprises in establishing, implementing, and self-evaluating their food safety management systems, and is also applicable to external evaluations and certifications of such production enterprises' food safety management systems. When this standard is used for certification purposes, it should be used in conjunction with GB/T 22000. The corresponding relationship between GB/T 22000 and this standard is described in Appendix A.
