Scope

This standard specifies the analytical method for determining the contents of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, aluminum, copper, tungsten, titanium, niobium, vanadium, cobalt, boron, arsenic, tin, and lead in stainless steel using spark discharge atomic emission spectrometry.
