Scope

This part of GB 1796 specifies the terms and definitions, model marking, structural types, component structures, dimensions and materials, appearance, rubber hardness of the valve body, assembly performance, adhesion between rubber and metal, sealing performance, ozone resistance, bursting resistance, flexural resistance, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and storage of snap-fit valve nozzles (hereinafter referred to as valve nozzles).
This part is applicable to valve nozzles for tubeless tires with a valve hole diameter of 11.3 mm and a maximum working pressure of 475 kPa, as well as valve nozzles for tubeless tires with a valve hole diameter of 15.7 mm and a maximum working pressure of 450 kPa.
