This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, and production management for dedicated fixed-mounting devices for motor vehicle license plates (hereinafter referred to as "license plate fixed-mounting devices"). This standard applies to the production and inspection of license plate fixed-mounting devices issued by traffic management departments of public security organs in accordance with the law.
