Scope

This document stipulates the general requirements for the establishment, maintenance, and evaluation of the standardized management system for safety production in power survey and design enterprises, as well as the content of eight core elements including target responsibilities, institutionalized management, education and training, on-site management, safety risk control and hidden danger investigation and treatment, emergency management, accident management, and continuous improvement. This document is applicable to power survey and design enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "enterprises") engaged in power survey, design, consulting, scientific research and testing, and general contracting (excluding nuclear island and offshore parts), and can also be used as a basis for third-party consulting and services on the standardized construction of safety production in power survey and design enterprises.
