Scope
This document stipulates the principles and general requirements for establishing, maintaining, and evaluating the standardized implementation of safety production in power construction projects, as well as the core technical requirements of eight systems: target responsibilities, institutionalized management, education and training, on-site management, safety risk control and hidden danger investigation and treatment, emergency management, accident management, and continuous improvement. This document applies to power generation construction projects such as thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power (excluding nuclear islands), wind power, offshore wind power, solar power, and pumped storage power generation; power grid construction projects such as transmission and transformation; and other power facility construction projects.
