Scope

This document defines the terms and definitions of wheelchairs used in wheelchair table tennis competitions, provides a classification of wheelchairs for wheelchair table tennis competitions, stipulates the technical requirements and inspection rules for wheelchairs used in wheelchair table tennis competitions, and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document is applicable to wheelchairs used by table tennis athletes with a functional classification of TT1 to TT5 and a weight not exceeding 100 kg to participate in wheelchair table tennis competitions, in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 15493-2009.
