Scope
本文件规定了轮椅车(包括电动代步车)的静态强度、冲击强度和疲劳强度的要求，同时描述了相应的测试方法以确定被测轮椅车是否满足上述要求。本文件还规定了发布测试结果的要求。
上述测试方法也可用于验证生产商自定的高于本文件最低要求的指标。
本文件适用于预期供功能障碍者室内和室外移动、乘坐者操纵和护理者操纵的手动轮椅车以及室内型和室外型电动轮椅车。
注1： 本文件手动轮椅车和电动轮椅车(包括电动代步车)简称为轮椅车。
注2： 本文件的某些条款也能作为本文件未涵盖的轮椅车的扩展要求和测试方法的基础。
