Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, test function requirements, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, storage, marking, labeling, etc. of high-voltage direct current protection test devices. This document is applicable to the design, production, selection, and testing of on-site test devices for high-voltage direct current transmission systems employing single-twelve-pulse grid phase-shifting converters and dual-twelve-pulse grid phase-shifting converters in series.
