Scope

This part of GB/T 3478 specifies all the spline dimensions required for cylindrical straight-tooth involute splines of the 37.5° standard pressure angle gear root (hereinafter referred to as 37.5° involute gear root). This part is applicable to involute splines with a pressure angle of 37.5°, a module of 0.5 mm to 10 mm, and a tooth side fit specified in GB/T 3478.1—2008. The dimension tables in this part are compiled according to the calculation formula in Table 3 of GB/T 3478.1—2008 and with a tooth side fit of H/h, using basic inspection methods.
