Scope

This part of GB/T 3478 specifies all the spline dimensions required for cylindrical straight-tooth involute splines with 30° standard pressure angle and round tooth roots (hereinafter referred to as 30° flat tooth roots and 30° round tooth roots). This part is applicable to involute splines with a pressure angle of 30°, a module of 0.5 mm to 10 mm, and a tooth side fit specified in GB/T 3478.1—2008. The dimension tables in this part are compiled according to the calculation formula in Table 3 of GB/T 3478.1—2008 and a tooth side fit of H/h, and using basic inspection methods.
