Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements and qualification assessment rules for LED displays in sports venues, describes the corresponding testing methods, and provides a classification of LED displays.
This document is applicable to the installation and testing of LED displays used in stadiums, comprehensive gyms, swimming and diving halls, and ice and snow venues. LED displays in other types of venues can be used as a reference.
This document is not applicable to small-scale LED electronic timing scoreboards and signage boards.
