Scope

本文件描述了检验组合设备（即仪器、探头和连接电缆）的检验方法和验收标准。本文件适用于中心频率为0.5 MHz~10 MHz、接触式（有无楔块均可）或液浸式线阵相控阵探头的超声检测系统。该检测方法对现场或车间环境下的用户均适用。其目的是在检测前对系统正确工作、声束特性或对系统是否性能退化进行检验。该检测方法不是为了证明系统适合特定的应用，而是为了证明该组合设备根据设置产生超声波声束的能力。本文件适用范围不包括特定应用的设备校准，其一般由检测流程所覆盖。本文件不包含以下内容：--环形阵列；--有着不同阵元数的孔径序列；--发射和接收的设置不同（例如激发孔径、有效阵元数、延迟）；--采用比简单延迟法则更复杂的单阵元信号后处理技术（例如：全矩阵采集）。
