本文件规定了采用相控阵探头的多通道相控阵超声检测仪工作性能特征及其测量和验证的方法。本文件的部分检验方法适用于自动检测系统中的相控阵超声检测仪，但需要采用其他的测试作为补充，以保证其工作性能。当相控阵超声检测仪用于自动检测系统时，相关方可按照协议修改本文件规定的验收准则。本文件也部分适用于FMC仪器和TFM仪器。本文件适用于检测频率在0.5 MHz～10.0 MHz范围内的相控阵超声检测仪。
