GB/T 4724-2017 Composite base copper clad laminated sheets for printed circuits

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, materials, performance requirements, test methods, quality assurance provisions, packaging, marking, transportation, and storage of laminates with copper foil-clad composite substrates for printed circuits. This standard applies to single-sided or double-sided laminates with a thickness of 0.5 mm or more, which are clad with copper foil on a cellulose paper core and fiberglass cloth, as well as laminates with copper foil clad on a fiberglass paper core and fiberglass cloth (hereinafter referred to as "copper clad laminates").
